Mr. Momin was extremely professional and answered all my questions with great clarity. He explained everything very clearly and took his time without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Any questions or problems I had were brought to his attention by the nursing staff and I received a timely response from either Mr. Momin or a member of his team. All in all, despite my worries and fears , I was put totally at ease by my doctors and the entire nursing staff of Benjamin Weir ward of St. George's Hospital. Three weeks into my recovery I am improving daily and shall be eternally grateful to the NHS team that got me here!

Aziz momin did my triple by pass on the 9th may 2016 with no complications. he even phoned my wife to say the op was a success. after several complications after the op Aziz has been there all the way

I was extremely grateful that Dr Momin was prepared to rearrange his schedule in order to provide me with the bypass surgery I needed, even though I was not one of his patients, and that he and his team kept my 'slot' open despite some delays in transferring me from Devon to St George's. After surgery he saw me every day and took great concern over the details of my recovery. I have a history of intolerance to various cardiac medications, and he was helpful and prepared to work around these, despite the difficulties it caused him. He also took great pains to explain things to me, and to make sure that I'd understood and retained them despite the recovery process. All in all a very refreshing change from some of the aloof arrogance and impatience I have experienced from cardiologists in other hospitals.

I am 76 years old. I did not have any idea but very concerned what will happen. Time went by and the operation took place on Friday (8th of July ,2016 at 09.15 hours). I knew I was in the recovery ward on Saturday (09.07.2016) when I started knowing what was happening. The most important thing I noticed that Surgeon Aziz Momin was following, in person, his patient till 23.30 hours, in recovery room to check the situation untill the patient was comfortable. Not ever Surgeon will do that.

I met Dr Momin in 2015. Over the past 12 months he has been an incredible source of support to me and my family. I had my operation in October 2015 following a series of appointments and consultations. I was always kept well informed of what needed to happen, why procedures were being suggested and any considerations I needed to be aware of. Due to forces out of anyone's control my operation was postponed on two occasions, but I was kept informed of the reasons why this was happening and an expectation of when I would be asked to come back. After my operation, I had secondary complications which kept me in hospital for a number of weeks. Dr Momin went out of his way to help arrange for me to be moved to a local hospital to make life easier for my family to visit me. The post operative care that Dr Momin and all the staff at St Georges hospital have provided has been world class. I've had to come back to St Georges for unplanned advice a few times in the last 2 months and I have always been welcomed and looked after, even though they've not always been expecting me. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Momin and his team to anyone. Thank you to you all.
